Joe Stack is 53 years old and apparently owned a company called Embedded Art. Before anything happened, Joseph Andrew Stack left a long message on his website that is being referred to as a suicide note and then set his house on fire wherein he also left a suicide note and flew his Piper Cherokee PA-28 into the Austin, Texas IRS building.
That suicide note contained information that Stack was frustrated about a personal history of financial ruin and levels complaints at the US government, its tax system, and healthcare. So Stack didn't control his feeling and he ended up his life by hitting the IRS building whom he's disappointed.
Here's a sneak view on Joe Stack's suicide note;
"If you're reading this, you're no doubt asking yourself, 'Why did this have to happen?' " "The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time."
"I saw it written once that the definition of insanity is repeating the same process over and over and expecting the outcome to suddenly be different," the message reads. "I am finally ready to stop this insanity. Well, Mr. Big Brother IRS man, let's try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well."
Until now, I don't know what I feel to an Austin crash pilot, Joe Stack. His name is very controversal and brings a lot of controversy to all of us. Maybe some people will think that Texas plane crash is another attack of terrorist. But for me, Joseph Andrew Stack is not a terrorist but a frustrated citizen in the government.
